At MUZALOTH, shipping options and charges are calculated at checkout based on the product’s shipping profile and the destination.

United States delivery

Our current delivery estimate for orders shipped to the United States is 7–14 days. This estimate does not include order processing time, which has not yet been finalized, and actual delivery may vary.

Current shipping charges

MUZALOTH does not currently advertise free shipping. The following United States flat rates are configured in our store by product shipping profile:

• General profile: €16.00
• Basic Apparel: $5.49
• Premium Apparel: $5.49
• Small Accessories: $2.99
• Large Accessories: $5.49
• Drinkware: $5.49
• Home Goods: $7.49

The applicable shipping charge is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. If your order contains items from different shipping profiles, the final shipping charge may depend on how those items are configured in the store.

Tracking and delivery issues

If tracking information is available for your order, it will be provided through the order or shipping notification. If your order appears delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@muzaloth.com and include your order number.
